航空公司规定航班起飞前45分钟停止办理登机手续，所以国内航班最好提前两个小时到达机场，国际航班最好提前3个小时到机场、预留时间办理登机牌和过安检。机场有显示屏显示具体航班的值机柜台。找到相应柜台后，将机票、身份证件(身份证或护照)交给机场值机人员。如果有大件行李，需要在值机柜台办理托运。办完登机手续，值机人员会将登机牌、行李票和身份证件退还旅客。
