机场安全演习主要是为检验处理紧急突发事件的应急反应能力、组织指挥能力和综合保障能力。若期间发生人员伤亡应注意以下处理方式: (1)平卧位，下肢应略抬高，以利于静脉血回流。如有呼吸困难可将头部和躯干抬高一点，以利于呼吸。(2) 保持呼吸道通畅尤其是休克伴昏迷者。颈部垫高，下颌抬起，使头部最大限点的后仰，同时头偏向一一侧，以防呕吐物和分泌物误吸入呼吸道。(3)注意给体温过低的休克病人保暖，盖上被、毯。(4)必要的初步治疗。因创伤骨折所致的休克给予止痛，骨折固定;烦躁不安者可给予适当的镇静剂;心源性休克给予吸氧等。(5) 注意病人的运送。对休克病人搬运越轻越少越好。在运送途中，应有专人护理，随时观察病情变化，最好在运送中给病人采取吸氧和静脉输液等急救措施。
